No trip to Seoul is complete without indulging in some seriously delicious food, and I\u2019ve already found my favorite spot to satisfy my cravings: Myeongdong Kyoja<\/strong>, a local gem that\u2019s quickly become my go-to. While they\u2019re known for their famous kalguksu<\/strong> (hand-cut noodle soup), my real obsession here is the incredible tteokbokki<\/strong> and Korean fried chicken<\/strong>\u2014two dishes I can\u2019t seem to get enough of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tteokbokki<\/strong> at this place is perfect\u2014soft, chewy rice cakes drenched in a rich, sweet-spicy sauce that hits all the right notes. Every bite is a delightful mix of savory and spicy, with just the right amount of heat to keep you coming back for more. I\u2019ve had tteokbokki in a lot of places, but something about this restaurant\u2019s take feels like home\u2014simple, comforting, and absolutely irresistible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, there\u2019s the Korean fried chicken<\/strong>\u2014crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sweet, sticky glaze that\u2019s addictive. It\u2019s the kind of chicken that makes you want to order a second (or third) round, especially when paired with an ice-cold bottle of soju<\/strong>. Whether it\u2019s spicy or sweet, it\u2019s always a winner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This restaurant has become a regular stop on my trip, and I can\u2019t imagine coming to Seoul without enjoying my favorite comfort foods here.
